  • The following is our Terms & Conditions of using our advertising billboard and it should be read in conjunction with our main website Disclaimer, terms & conditions and Privacy Policy available to read from our main website www.safelimited.com.
    • Terms:
        • 1. The following Terms are defined here. All references to these Terms throughout the site will have the appropriate meaning as outlined below:
          • 1.1 Block - A block is one unit of advertising space on the homepage of this site. A block is defined as a cell of dimensions 10 pixels high by 10 pixels wide to create a total area of 100 pixels.
          • 1.2 'We' & 'Us' means, Securities And Financial Engineering (SAFE) Limited and its affiliated sites and subsidiaries.
          • 1.3 Sponsor - A sponsor is a company, individual or syndicate that has successfully purchased one or more blocks from this site.
          • 1.4 Graphic - The picture file in GIF or JPG format we receive from you in order to publish on this site. Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 1 block = 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels). Unless designed by us, the picture remains the full responsibility of and owned by the sponsor. Where the design has been created by us the graphic will be owned by us.
          • 1.5 Subscription - You will be subscribed to this service by buying blocks of advertising space.
      • Conditions:
        • 1. The minimum purchase amount is £10.00 (GBP) for one block and the maximum purchase is whatever is left subject to maximum size of 30x20 blocks (300x200 pixels) for each advertisement. Our automated system can tell you if your image is suitable and how much it costs to buy your space. There is no restriction on number of advertisement from one sponsor.
        • 2. The purchase price is that for renting the advertising space, not for the ownership of it. At no time will sponsors own any part of this website. In other words, you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the webpage in the respective space you have paid for, for the chosen period.
        • 3. The website will be 'live' for as long as is practically possible for the paid pixels. Downtime will be inevitable, therefore this guarantee excludes normal and emergency maintenance work but we pledge to keep this to a minimum notwithstanding server issues. No credit or refund for any site downtime will be given.
        • 4. You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the webpage, which will be there for the chosen period (currently one year).We only accept alteration if:
          • 4.1 Your website has closed, changed names or it's logo.
          • 4.2 You did not hold the relevant authority to publish the graphic.
          • 4.3 Any further reason that we deem appropriate.
        • 5. Subscription can be done automatically and direct from the website by submitting your graphic and paying the subscription fee for your advertisement through Paypal or it can be done manually by sending your graphic, link and size of requested space. Then we will send you an electronic invoice through Paypal. Once your payment and email address have been received your graphic will be published on the site. There will be no refunds once the graphic is published.
        • 6. We will evaluate each application individually and links will be checked periodically to protect against web-forwarding. Any graphic with a link that uses web-forwarding to inappropriate material will be removed without notice and no refund will be given.
        • 7. Inappropriate graphics will not be accepted. Should you provide a link which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions you will be invited to submit a new image. Should the second image also be inappropriate your payment will be returned and your advertising space will be withdrawn.
        • 8. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
        • 9. Should you wish to have your graphic and link removed from the website, you will need to contact us. You will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
        • 10. Your graphic must be the same area as that of which you have purchased. If your graphic is incorrectly sized we reserve the right to resize your image accordingly. You should note that the quality of your graphic will be affected by this. We cannot accept animated graphics.
        • 11. If the spot you wish to use is taken, you can place it on a different place or we can place your image in the nearest empty spot.
        • 12. Links must be directed to websites and begin http://.
        • You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the webpage.
        • 13.We reserve the right to make amendments and/or changes to this site and these Terms and Conditions as it sees fit. Any changes that are considered to be of a significant impact will be relayed to all Sponsors at least 24 hours prior to the amendments/changes being made.
        • 14. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48 hrs. Current estimated time from ordering your pixels to going live on webpage: 24 hours (please allow up to 48hrs).
        • 15. In order to give other users the chance to advertise their sites, please position your ad tidily. We reserve the right to reposition ads that do not comply with this request
        • 16. Any decision relating to any advertisement on this site made by us is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to remove any advertisement for any reason at any time. A full reason will be given but no refund will be offered.
